Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

 

Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received an incorrect product or size

 

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Size issues due to incorrect selection by the customer

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Products showing signs of use, washing, or damage by the customer

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Limited edition or discounted items (unless defective)


How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at support@mythx.in within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share your order ID, clear unboxing video/photos, and issue details

  3. Our team will review the request and respond within 24–48 hours

 

Unboxing video is mandatory for all damage or incorrect product claims.


Exchange Process

  • Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability

  • If the requested size/product is unavailable, store credit may be issued


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only for approved cases

  • Once the returned item passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

 

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


Important Notes

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • MythX reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet policy criteria

  • Color variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings and are not considered defects
