Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

You received a damaged or defective product

You received an incorrect product or size
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Size issues due to incorrect selection by the customer

Change of mind or personal preference

Products showing signs of use, washing, or damage by the customer

Items without original tags or packaging

Limited edition or discounted items (unless defective)
How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email us at support@mythx.in within 48 hours of delivery

Share your order ID, clear unboxing video/photos, and issue details

Our team will review the request and respond within 24–48 hours
Unboxing video is mandatory for all damage or incorrect product claims.
Exchange Process

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process

Exchange is subject to stock availability

If the requested size/product is unavailable, store credit may be issued
Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only for approved cases

Once the returned item passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed

Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

MythX reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet policy criteria

Color variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings and are not considered defects
